At MindzOwn, my mission is to make the benefits of meditation truly accessible—by guiding people through simple, face-to-face sessions that are easy to follow and genuinely calming. I believe that managing stress shouldn't feel complicated or overwhelming, which is why I focus on creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere wherever I go. I want everyone I work with to experience how meditation can shift their mindset, deepen self-awareness, and put them back in control of their thoughts and emotions—one breath at a time.
Having experienced the power of meditation myself, I know how transformative it can be—and I want others to feel that too. Whether it’s a workplace, school, or private group, I bring a grounded presence, gentle guidance, and a space where people can simply pause, breathe, and reconnect.
About Me
I'm Tracey Khan, founder of MindzOwn.
My journey with meditation began as a personal tool to manage anxiety and stress. After years of practice and completing an accredited teacher training course, I began supporting students and staff at my school with mindfulness sessions. Inspired by their success, I launched MindzOwn to offer tailored meditation programs that help individuals reduce stress and build emotional resilience. I believe now more than ever, we all need simple, effective tools for healing and
well-being.
